Nosis Private Company is a premier Management Consulting firm in Greece, specializing in the development of Business Plans and management of co-financed projects through ESPA, Development Law, and the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF). We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Marketing professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. You will work closely with various internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and expand our market reach. This position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to increase company visibility and generate leads.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and content marketing.

Collaborate with the consulting team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.

Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development and marketing within the management consulting industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek languages, both written and oral, is required.
