ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a rapidly growing IT solutions provider specializing in ERP systems and antivirus services, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager.

Location: Athens (Southern Suburbs)

Working Model: On-site

You will be reporting to: CEO

What you will do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing the client base through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development in the field of ERP and cybersecurity products.

More specifically:

  • Manage and develop existing client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the back-office sales team for smooth account transitions
  • Participate in onboarding and product certifications provided by the company
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B environment
  • Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions and/or antivirus products
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and goal-driven mindset
  • Academic background in business or IT is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
