Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και διεκπεραίωση λογιστικών θεμάτων της εταιρείας
  • Έλεγχος και καταχώρηση λογιστικών εγγράφων, αρχειοθέτηση
  • Συστηματική επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές για τον συντονισμό πληρωμών, τακτοποίηση οφειλών, συμφωνίες υπολοίπων
  • Υποστηρικτικές εργασίες λογιστηρίου
  • Καταχώριση και έκδοση παραστατικών, αποδείξεων πληρωμής και είσπραξης στο ERP σύστημα της εταιρείας
  • Έλεγχος τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και επαλήθευση – εντοπισμός αποκλίσεων σε καρτέλες πελατών & προμηθευτών

Επαγγελματικά Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών ή αντίστοιχης σχολής (Λογιστική/ Χρηματοοικονομικά)
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Χειρισμός προγράμματος MyDATA
  • Εμπειρία χρήσης προγραμμάτων ERP
  • Γνώση σε καταχώρηση και έκδοση τιμολογίων
  • Γνώση γενικής λογιστικής
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ολοκληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις
