Το ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο Global Travel με έδρα τα Μελίσσια, Αττικής αναζητά έναν αξιόπιστο συνεργάτη για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα της εταιρείας.

Ως Travel Consultant, θα είστε ο άνθρωπος που διαμορφώνει κάθε ταξιδιωτική εμπειρία, αναλαμβάνοντας τη διαδικασία από την κράτηση εισιτηρίων και τη διαμονή έως την παροχή εξατομικευμένων προτάσεων που προσθέτουν αξία σε κάθε ταξίδι.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Κράτηση και έκδοση αεροπορικών και ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων
  • Οργάνωση διαμονής, ενοικίασης οχημάτων και δραστηριοτήτων για τους πελάτες
  • Παροχή εξειδικευμένων ταξιδιωτικών συμβουλών για προορισμούς σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό
  • Δημιουργία εξατομικευμένων δρομολογίων για F.I.T. (Free Independent Travelers)
  • Συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη για μεταφορές, ταξιδιωτική ασφάλιση και τιμολογήσεις ναύλων

  • Προσφορά άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά το ταξίδι

  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Εξαιρετική γνώση των συστημάτων Sabre ή Travelport και ForthCRS ή Certus
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών, τόσο γραπτά όσο και προφορικά
  • Εξοικείωση με το MS Office Suite και τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης
