Role Description:

  • Incoming Travel Expert

We are currently seeking a passionate Incoming Travel expert to join our team in Athens.

This is a full-time job that involves assisting our partners and clients with their travel preferences, creating customized travel itineraries for individuals and groups.

As an Incoming Travel expert, you will consult with clients, arrange accommodations, transportation, and activities, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Greek tourism industry and destinations

  • Experience in travel planning or hospitality industry preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer inquiries and concerns

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

  • Ability to work in a team environment
