Are you passionate about travel and providing exceptional customer service? TP in Greece collaborates with , one of the largest online travel agencies.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be able to assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries and guide them through their dream destinations.

Join our team and help travelers create unforgettable experiences

What you will be doing:

  • Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users

  • Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users' inquiries

  • Research travel options tailored to each customer's preferences

  • Modify reservations based on client needs

  • Process payments and travel cancelations

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Danish

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Attention to detail

  • Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle unexpected changes

  • Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
