Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a talented Danish Speaking Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Your Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, managing their accounts and fostering positive relationships.
- Assess customer needs and deliver customized technical solutions to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and account health for management review.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being an advantage. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
- Proven experience in account management, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software or technology solutions.
