Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers regarding our technology offerings.
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and industry developments.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a dynamic environment.
