Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with corporate clients effectively.
- Capability to understand and respond to complex client requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
