Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate context, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with corporate clients.
- Adept at identifying and addressing complex client needs.
