Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding our technology solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions provided for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong technical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow within the technology field.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding technical support
