Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional social media support to Dutch-speaking customers, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and curate engaging content that resonates with our Dutch-speaking audience.
- Proactively monitor social media channels for customer feedback and discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
- Contribute to community engagement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends to continually optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Strong enthusiasm for social media and a desire to engage with customers.
- Prior experience in customer service or social media roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building relationships.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
