As a Polish Speaking Social Media Support Adviser, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Polish-speaking audience across various social media platforms. Your Responsibilities- Deliver excellent social media support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Create compelling content that engages our audience and encourages interaction.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and proactively engage with users.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize strategies.
- Play an active role in community building and enhancing brand loyalty through social media.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends to continually improve our engagement tactics.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for social media and a desire to connect with customers.
- Experience in customer service or social media roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
