Your Responsibilities- Provide top-tier social media support to French-speaking clients, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are addressed efficiently.
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored for our audience to enhance online interactions.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to synchronize strategies and messaging.
- Participate in community building to encourage engagement and brand loyalty.
- Keep abreast of social media trends to continually improve customer interaction strategies.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- A strong passion for social media and customer engagement.
- Previous experience in customer support or social media roles is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
