As a French Speaking Adviser, you will play a key role in assisting our French-speaking clientele in exploring our range of entertainment services. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will ensure clients have all the information they need to make the best choices for their entertainment needs.

Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients regarding entertainment options.
- Guide clients through selecting and booking the right entertainment services for their needs.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the customer engagement process.
- Work together with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Keep abreast of the latest entertainment trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine enthusiasm for entertainment and a strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to think proactively and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for creating enjoyable and memorable experiences for clients
