Your Responsibilities- Serve as the main contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing their accounts and building lasting relationships.
- Assess customer requirements and deliver tailored technical support to enhance their experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to monitor performance and explore growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met effectively.
- Document client interactions, maintaining thorough records for management review.
- Stay current with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable feedback to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being an advantage. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
- Proven experience in account management, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
