In this role, you will provide invaluable support to our Danish-speaking customers as they engage with our cutting-edge streaming platform. Your ability to troubleshoot issues and offer guidance will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience. Join us in making the world of streaming seamless and enjoyable
Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and streaming challenges.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform updates and features.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for technology and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
