Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Travel Agencies industry, based in the beautiful city of Athens. If you're passionate about travel and customer service and enjoy helping people plan their dream vacations, this role is perfect for you You will support customers in Spanish, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and general travel advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel packages, bookings, and travel regulations via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish
  • Provide detailed information on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options
  • Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and a positive approach
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with travel agents and partners to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and regulations to provide relevant guidance to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • A genuine passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and travel booking software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
