What will you do?
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Solve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
Ensure high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction
Perform data entry and use internal software systems
Communicate effectively in Spanish while using English as a working language
Collaborate with your team to ensure service goals are met
Candidate profile
Native or near-native Spanish speaker (C2 level)
Conversational English skills
Strong communication, courtesy, and interpersonal skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Comfortable working in teams
Willingness to work in shifts
Basic software and computer skills
