About The Role
We are looking for
motivated Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives
to join our international support team in Greece. This is a great opportunity to work remotely, support well-known global brands, and start your career in a multicultural environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (C1 or higher) and good command of English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
- Based in Greece or ready to relocate.
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
