The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Luxury Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the curator of dreams for a discerning clientele, designing and executing seamless, high-end travel itineraries throughout Greece. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience from the initial request to the client's journey home.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and curating sophisticated, bespoke travel itineraries for our VIP and high-end travelers.
  • Intuitively understanding client needs to provide perfectly matched travel options and experiences.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients via email and phone throughout the entire planning process and during their travels.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. Previous experience with Virtuoso clients is a significant advantage.
  • A passion for Greece and a deep appreciation for the nuances of luxury travel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Strong, articulate communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • A collaborative, patient, and creative spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
