About the Founder & CEO

At the helm is Christos Stergiou, an entrepreneur who has spent his career building pioneering businesses in luxury travel, hospitality, and technology. He is the founder of TrueTrips; the owner of the_Petra Hotel in Patmos, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World; and the co-founder of Triparound, a global travel technology platform with ambitions to reshape the industry worldwide.

Job Brief

We are looking for a
Travel Specialist (Entry Level)
to join the TrueTrips team and grow into future roles in travel sales, operations, and supplier management.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or junior professionals (0–3 years of experience) who want to build a career in
luxury travel design and operations
. You will follow a structured training program that includes:

• Tailor-made trip design
• Sales communication & client relationship management
• Trip logistics and end-to-end operations
• Supplier communication & seasonal planning
• Contract and rate support

You will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in creating exceptional travel experiences across Europe and the Mediterranean.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and maximize sales opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and design tailored travel experiences.
• Prepare detailed travel quotations and personalized itineraries.
• Coordinate all components of a trip: book accommodations, tours, transfers; issue ferry and air tickets; support clients pre- and during travel.
• Assist with supplier communication, seasonal planning, rate requests, and contract preparation.
• Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to ensure flawless trip execution.
• Maintain superior attention to detail across all processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University (fields preferred but not limited to Business, Tourism).
• Excellent command of
  English and Greek
  (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  .
• Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for travel, hospitality, and exceptional service.
• 0–3 years of work experience; this role is designed for juniors.
