Your Responsibilities- Provide expert travel support to Italian-speaking customers, including bookings, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist clients in resolving travel-related issues with grace and efficiency.
- Guide customers on travel regulations, destination insights, and itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with your team to promote exceptional service and continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen your travel knowledge and support skills.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and helping travel enthusiasts.
- Previous experience in travel support or customer service is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while working independently.
