Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers in the telecommunications sector.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunication services efficiently.
- Guide customers through product features and address any technical inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications principles and services.
