Your Role- Deliver top-notch client support in Italian via multiple communication channels.
- Respond to inquiries with a warm and helpful demeanor, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, providing thoughtful solutions.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and share customer feedback with the team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an amazing service experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay ahead of product knowledge and support techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is a must; additional languages are a plus
- Genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
- Previous experience in client support or a related role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a friendly tone.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a vibrant new life
