Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Travel Designer
to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a background in
travel operations
who is eager to move into
creative travel design
. You will receive
hands-on training
and mentorship in the art of crafting bespoke itineraries while supporting our senior designers and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of personalized travel itineraries across Europe.
  • Assist senior designers in researching destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
  • Coordinate with local partners, guides, and hotels to ensure accuracy and seamless execution.
  • Help manage booking logistics and client documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers by email, phone, and messaging.
  • Learn to translate client preferences into curated travel experiences.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in travel operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English level required, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Passion for travel and storytelling through experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Time flexibility, as our clients are based across multiple time zones and responsiveness is key.
  • Familiarity with itinerary tools (such as Travefy) or booking systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a creative, high-touch travel environment.
