About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Designer at the start of their career to join our team as a QA Tester for the website of the National Bank of Greece (NBG), our long-term and trusted partner. No prior experience is required — this entry-level role focuses on executing QA test scenarios to ensure the website meets business and user needs before going live. If you perform well, this could be the start of your product design career with us, with opportunities to take on more design tasks and responsibilities.

What you will do


• Check if user flows work as intended.


• Report bugs, and ensure the product meets requirements before release.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs efficiently.


• Validate fixes to ensure a seamless and reliable product experience for over 6 million users of NBG.


• Suggest design improvements as you grow in the role.

What we are looking for


• Motivated individual eager to start a design-related career, no experience needed.


• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a user-centric mindset.


• Familiarity with QA tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus.


• Educational background in UI/UX design appreciated but not mandatory.
