As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and plans to extend into Greece and beyond, we are seeking for a detail-oriented Interior Design Operations Associate to support our Operations team in delivering fully furnished and nicely styled residences that meet our brand standards. In this role, you will contribute to every stage of the execution process. Your eye for aesthetics, precision, and organizational skills will help ensure every home we deliver feels cohesive, comfortable, and ready to impress.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and present furniture proposals aligned with Moving Doors standards.
  • Actively collaborate with the Purchasing and Logistics Manager to oversee furniture sourcing, purchasing logistics, and on-time project installations.
  • Create detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) based on selected furniture and equipment.
  • Collect floor plans from the Operations Department and follow moodboard designs in order to furnish and fully equip residences according to company design guidelines.
  • Style units with precision prior to photoshoots and client handovers.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors
Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience and a degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design (or related field).

  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and strong presentation skills.

    Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong self-organization and a proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to create automations or streamline processes to improve workflow efficiency.
