As we continue to grow and manage exceptional projects, we are seeking an experienced Interior Design Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.

A design leader with a discerning eye and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and precision. This role calls for a deep understanding of luxury hospitality interiors, from the inception of an idea to the final detail. We are looking for someone who can inspire, guide and realize spaces that resonate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and execute high-end luxury designs for hotels and villas.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure design standards, quality control, and budget adherence throughout the project.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience of at least 10 years in Interior design projects
  • Expertise in interior design composition, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel and villa projects.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of 3Ds Max (Corona, Vray) / Sketch-up / Rhino is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of all stages of interior design, from concept to construction documentation.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of French will be a plus)

  • Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize resources, and adapt to changing priorities
