Wizard is a fast growing, award winning digital agency focused on performance based advertising. We are certified Google Premier Partners and Meta Business Partners and we use our magic to build effective, sustainable digital marketing strategies that generate awareness, sales, leads and outstanding conversion rates for some of Greece's most prominent companies.Wizard is seeking to hire a Senior Account Manager with high experience (>5 years in a similar position) in customer service, strategic guidance and in the management of incoming prospect clients (pitching,sales & onboarding).ResponsibilitiesΤeam Leader of a group of hands on expertsMarketing consultant, responsible for strategic planning, developing and nurturing long-term customer relationshipsBe part of the team that manages inbound prospect clients (pitching & onboarding prospects).Projects, workload assignment and coordination of other teams, assignment of incoming requests to the respective department and presentation, management of feedback + approvals from clientsBrief Creation for the creative team (Design & Development)Monitoring agreed KPIs with Clients and responsible for keeping client's satisfaction highDaily monitoring of analytics, sales performance and proposal of new tactics if necessaryProduce weekly & monthly reports for clientsParticipation in Wizard's extroverted PR activities (Podcasts/conferences/forums/meet ups)Stay up to date on new features, technologies etc.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years proven prior experience(digital agency side) in managing complex Digital & Above the Line media accounts- BA or BS.
