Overview
We're looking for a skilled
Digital Account Manager
to join Digitas team You will lead the coordination of digital and omnichannel campaigns for local and multinational clients.

You'll manage daily client communications, oversee project timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, strong project management and communication skills, and a background in digital marketing. A relevant degree and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Everyday contact with clients to ensure proper flow and timely planning of incoming requests and outgoing deliverables.
  • Close cooperation with the Agency's different functions and departments (creative, media, production, planning, traffic etc.) to organize various projects accordingly.
  • Digital campaigns design and implementation; both, origination & transcreation projects.
  • Follow up all internal processes, reporting systems and documentations needed for the completion of each project.
  • Ad hoc participation in New Business projects' handling.
  • Reporting to the Account Director of the team.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced in handling multinational and local accounts.
  • Digital savvy & with omnichannel campaigns experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field (Master's degree in relevant field will be considered a plus).
  • Critical thinking and Project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
