Overview Digitas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Project Manager to join its growing team in Athens. You will be responsible for the smooth roll-out and delivery of assigned digital projects, ensuring compliance with established standards, timelines, and quality guidelines. You will act as the coordination point between cross-functional teams - including technical, creative, SEO, and client services - to ensure successful execution and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital project coordination and a strong interest in technology and customer needs. Responsibilities Manage website content updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolution of functional issues. Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to create and manage audiences, automation journeys, and communication uploads. Coordinate digital project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality and client expectations. Collaborate closely with SEO, developers, and creative teams to align technical and content requirements. Support reporting and performance monitoring for digital campaigns or projects. Ensure adherence to data protection and internal process standards (GDPR, brand guidelines, etc.). Qualifications Google Analytics (basic to intermediate level) MS Office proficiency Strong organization and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken) Good to know: Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for content updates Proactiveness and problem-solving orientation Soft Skills "Can do" attitude, drive, and accountability Curiosity for technology and customer needs Strong collaboration and communication skills Learning agility and openness to feedback Additional information What's in it for you?
