FCB GNOMI is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and digitally savvy Digital Account Director to join its talented Client Service team and lead the development and implementation of innovative digital-first campaigns for major Greek and global clients.

DIGITAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Key responsibilities
:

Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns across platforms (social media, display, programmatic, performance, content marketing, influencers, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.)

  • Day-to-day client management ensuring the smooth running of the account
  • Develop and present integrated communications.
  • Develop projects' brief and work with the creative team to guide and inspire effective and innovative ideas that meet client objectives
  • Supervise the development of performance-driven digital activations and ensure delivery of measurable results
  • Monitor campaign analytics, create insightful reports, and make optimization recommendations
  • Manage and set expectations to ensure quality work on time, on brief and within budget
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and become a strategic partner regarding its brands' communication
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, technologies and tools, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on their digital transformation

Qualifications needed
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant role within an agency environment
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering successful digital campaigns (paid media, social, influencer, performance)
  • Strong knowledge of media KPIs, digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and campaign reporting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Efficiency at problem solving, ability to work with various teams
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
