In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von B2B-Kund*innen im digitalen Werbeumfeld. Dein Ziel ist es, Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Online-Präsenz zu optimieren, Kampagnenleistungen zu maximieren und nachhaltiges Wachstum zu erzielen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen im B2B-Bereich.
  • Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Markttrends und Geschäftszielen zur Entwicklung passgenauer Strategien.
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen zur Steigerung der Kampagnenleistung.
  • Erstellung und Präsentation individueller Werbe- und Digitalstrategien.
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und zeitnahen Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen.
  • Nutzung von Daten und Marktanalysen, um proaktiv Wachstumschancen aufzuzeigen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Sicherstellung optimaler Kampagnenergebnisse.
  • Pflege von Forecasts, Reports und Kundenpipelines.
  • Erreichung bzw. Übertreffen der individuellen und teambezogenen Umsatzziele.

Dein Profil

  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau
    , 
    Englisch auf B2–C1-Niveau
    .
  • Mindestens 
    2 Jahre Erfahrung
     im Inside Sales, Account Management oder B2B-Vertrieb.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Management von Kundenportfolios und in der Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in 
    digitalen Werbeplattformen
     (z. B. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit 
    CRM-Systemen
     (z. B. Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung.
  • Analytisches Denken, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und strukturiertes Arbeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Kundenaccounts parallel zu betreuen.
