We are seeking an energetic
Digital Account Manager
to join our onsite team in Athens. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and hands-on experience in digital advertising who can build lasting client partnerships and drive account growth.

Role Overview
You will manage a portfolio of clients, drive campaign success, strengthen partnerships, and identify opportunities that boost revenue and performance. This is a client-facing role requiring strategic thinking, strong communication, and solid digital advertising know-how.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and continuous engagement.
  • Collect and escalate client feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to spot growth opportunities.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with client and business goals.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and secure timely resolutions.
  • Resolve daily challenges that may affect campaign delivery or revenue.

Client Engagement

  • Analyze client needs, goals, and market trends.
  • Identify optimization and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored advertising recommendations.
  • Maintain long-term, trusted client relationships that drive retention.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Practical experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads preferred).
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts.

Working Conditions

  • Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00
  • Fixed schedule (no shift rotations)
  • 14-day training program

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: €1,150 gross/month
  • Quarterly performance bonus: €1,000
  • Monthly project bonus: €250
  • Two extra annual salaries (Christmas + half Easter + half Summer)
