We are looking for a Travel Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate would be passionate about travelling and interacting with people from different countries and cultures, have an appealing personality and an understanding of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be in direct contact with clients, suppliers and partners (via email or call)
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Sell travel experiences to new and potential clients
  • Create bespoke travel itineraries in Greece
  • Handle travel requests (arrange for hotel and villa accommodation, booking flights and ground/ sea/ helicopter transfers, arrange guided tours, etc.)
  • Ensure a flawless execution of the travel experiences
  • Negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the clients
  • Send proactive suggestions
  • Keep up to date with current travel trends
  • Work together with the team to achieve annual sales targets
  • Represent the company in luxury travel events and exhibitions, if necessary

Requirements

In order to qualify for this role, we would expect you to have:

  • University degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing or other Sales related degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, a travel design company or at a hotel's front desk/ reservations department
  • Excellent written and verbal command of English language
  • Good knowledge of another foreign language (i.e. French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Numerical reasoning skills
  • Very good presentation and communication skills to promote the Seez services
  • Be comfortable with working individually, but also as member of a team
  • Ability to organize and manage your time efficiently
