Position Overview

Bespoke Greece is a leading incoming travel agency, specializing in tailor-made experiences across Greece. For our office in Athens, we are looking for two talented professionals to join our teams of Group and FIT Travel Specialists. The ideal candidate
must be based in Athens
and will be responsible of handling new requests, ensuring the high quality of all provided services and clients' great experience.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Group Travel Specialist

  • Create detailed itineraries for groups, including corporate, incentive or business trips
  • Manage bookings for transportation, accommodation, guides, and activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor group budgets and negotiate rates to maximize value while maintaining quality
  • Provide onsite support for groups when required
  • Stay informed about popular group destinations and experiences in Greece

Duties and Responsibilities for the FIT Travel Specialist

  • Design personalized itineraries for individual clients, ensuring unique, memorable experiences
  • Handle client communications from inquiry to post-travel follow-up
  • Plan, book, and coordinate accommodations, activities, and transportation
  • Liaise with local suppliers, guides and partners to ensure service excellence
  • Monitor client budgets and optimize itinerary pricing
  • Stay up to date with travel trends and hidden gems across Greece

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in group travel planning or FIT travel design
  • Excellent English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Greek destinations, culture and experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and itinerary software
  • University degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field preferred
