Aktina Travel Group, one of the most established travel agencies in Greece, is looking for a Shipping Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team and support the travel needs of seafarers and shipping company crews worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:


• Organize and manage global travel arrangements for ship crews (flights, transfers, accommodation).


• Ensure compliance with visa, immigration, and maritime regulations.


• Provide travel support in case of changes, delays, or emergencies.


• Collaborate with shipping companies, port agents, and airlines for cost-effective and efficient travel solutions.


• Maintain accurate records and reporting of travel activities.

Requirements:


• Previous experience in crew travel / marine travel industry (mandatory).


• Fluency in English (written & spoken).


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.


• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be considered an asset.


• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
