About the Position:

As a Car Rental Advisor, you'll guide clients through the car rental process, offering tailored advice to match their preferences and needs. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help create seamless and satisfying customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and booking rental vehicles suited to their travel plans
  • Offer expert guidance on vehicle options, packages, and add-ons to fit their needs and budgets
  • Respond to inquiries across phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • Manage changes to bookings, handle cancellations, and resolve issues effectively
  • Keep informed on policies, special offers, and industry trends to provide up-to-date recommendations
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions and reservations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
