About the Position:
As a Customer Support, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients throughout the booking process. With your excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail, you'll ensure each customer receives a smooth and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers choose and reserve rental cars that fit their travel plans
- Provide personalized recommendations on vehicle types, packages, and extras
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth
- Handle booking updates, cancellations, and any issues that arise
- Stay informed on rental policies, deals, and industry insights to guide customers effectively
- Accurately maintain customer and reservation records for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
