About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly support to Croatian-speaking customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver clear, effective solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction.
  • Follow company policies and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Croatian: Native or C2 level (spoken & written).
  • English: B2+ level for internal communication.
  • No prior experience required full training included.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
