As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our Croatian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the support they need to fully enjoy our software solutions. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Croatian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our software products.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide effective solutions and improve service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain expertise in our software offerings and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian is required; knowledge of English is a significant advantage.
- A genuine interest in technology and customer support.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
