Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with clear, friendly, and accurate responses
- Investigating issues and providing solutions with professionalism and empathy
- Managing support cases through our internal systems and escalating when necessary
- Working closely with a supportive team that thrives on collaboration and reliability

- Full-time contract (40 hours/week), rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
