Admissions Advisor

UNIC Health, invites applications for UNIC Athens Campus at Elliniko for the full-time post of Admission Advisor to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide prospective students with quality, student-centered advising and information services, including guidance on course options, admissions requirements, and application procedures.
  • Manage admissions processes fairly, process incoming applications, checking qualifications, and providing accurate information and practical assistance to all applicants.
  • Maintain appropriate records, including details of student enquiries, applications, interviews and offers.
  • Support the Medical School in meeting its targets for recruitment across all programs.
  • Identify ways to help raise the profile of the Medical School within the Greek market.
  • Lead demand creation activities by coordinating and participating in recruitment events (e.g., student fairs, open day events, school visits, etc.).
  • Meet with educational and community organizations to promote the Medical School's academic programs and its commitment to developing exceptional healthcare providers.
  • Serve as a liaison for prospective students, parents, teachers, and advisors.
  • Process applications and maintain records.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing or business development; higher education admissions experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Sales and marketing skills and a history of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of higher education policies/regulations; willingness to learn.
  • Independent, initiative-taking, and analytical.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work with diverse stakeholders, detail-oriented, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Integrity, confidentiality management, and customer service focus.
  • Availability for domestic and overseas travel, with flexible hours during peak enrollment season.

The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
