Admissions & Sales Advisor

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions & Sales Advisor to join the growing team of one of Greece's most prominent SAEK (Vocational Training Institutes). This is a unique opportunity to become part of an organization with a strong educational legacy and a commitment to innovation and student success.
Key Responsibilities- Present and sell educational programs to prospective students and their families, providing personalized guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Manage and collect students' monthly tuition fees, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of financial obligations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop proposals that enhance the organization's position in the education sector.
- Analyze market trends and developments in the educational landscape to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured and professional services environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an educational institution, particularly in student admissions or program promotion.
- Training in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
