Responsibilities- Engage customers through phone calls and relevant communication channels
- Develop and implement targeted promotional strategies.
- Advise and promote educational programs, seminars and workshops
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Native speakers of Greek language.
- Previous experience in a call center, with a high influx of incoming calls, is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a sales-oriented character with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A sales-oriented profile emphasizing revenue generation and achieving targets.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
