Sales Advisor for Educational Institution

On behalf of our client, a highly reputable educational group and among the best in Europe, we are seeking Sales Advisors to join their dynamic team. If you enjoy being in the educational field and you are good at advising students to choose their next education step among the numerous academic programs while you thrive on providing outstanding customer service, this role is perfect for you
Responsibilities- Engage customers through phone calls and relevant communication channels
- Develop and implement targeted promotional strategies.
- Advise and promote educational programs, seminars and workshops
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Native speakers of Greek language.
- Previous experience in a call center, with a high influx of incoming calls, is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a sales-oriented character with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A sales-oriented profile emphasizing revenue generation and achieving targets.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
