Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Remote Sales Advisor fluent in Italian and proficient in English to join our team. You will have the flexibility to work remotely within Greece, engaging with clients primarily in Italian to drive sales and foster strong relationships.

Location:

Remote work within Greece

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: 1000  EUR per 14 months, 14000 EUR annually
  • Performance Bonus: 10% monthly based on performance
  • Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card (net) 3 EUR per working day for the first year, increasing to 6 EUR after 12 months
  • Health Insurance: Private health insurance coverage

Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to promote our services and products.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and report on your sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
  • Consultative Selling: Collaborate with small-to-medium sized businesses, providing tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native fluency in Italian and B2 level English proficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Remote Work Skills: Self-discipline and motivation to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
