Location: Fully Remote in Greece (Athens-based candidates only)

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier multinational technology company specializing in e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. As a Sales Advisor, youll play a critical role in connecting businesses with innovative solutions, driving engagement through targeted outreach, and supporting an international portfolio of small-to-medium-sized businesses.

Please note: This role is fully remote within Greece, requiring candidates to reside within the Athens area.

Position Highlights:

  • Work Model: Remote from Greece; Athens-based candidates only
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:00
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term employment contract

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,000 EUR monthly, paid over 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: 10% based on monthly performance
  • Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card (3 per working day for the first year; increased to 6 after 12 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients via phone and email, developing a professional rapport and understanding client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on sales activity, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Consultation & Strategy: Advise small-to-medium businesses on solutions tailored to their goals, developing personalized sales strategies for each client.
  • Sales Implementation: Execute and adjust sales approaches based on feedback and performance metrics, optimizing results for a high-impact portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Language Proficiency: Native Italian with B2-level English
  • Sales Skills:
    • Strong phone-based communication and active listening abilities
    • High adaptability and a customer-focused approach
    • Confidence in managing diverse personalities and scenarios
    • A proactive approach to sales, with experience in driving results

Documentation Required:

  • Valid EU ID, Refugee Certificate from Ukraine (issued after March 2022), or Residence Card

Additional Notes:

  • Relocation: No relocation assistance is provided. Candidates must reside in Greece (preferably Athens) and be prepared to work remotely from Greece.
