Lili Drogerie, a company with a strong presence in the cosmetics industry, continues to grow and is seeking to hire a Retail Fitting & Maintenance Manager.

Reports to: Head of Operations (Retail Director)

Department: Retail Facilities and Maintenance

Position Summary

The Retail Fitting & Maintenance Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising all technical, maintenance, and equipment-related activities across the retail network. The role ensures that all stores operate in accordance with company standards, legal regulations, and technical requirements. This position combines project management, Commercial, and operational support, covering store openings, renovations, lease administration, hygiene and DDD services, utilities, and maintenance. The manager leads the Facilities and Maintenance team and acts as the key liaison between Operations, Commercial, Accounting, landlords, and external service providers.

Requirements

  • University degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or retail operations management.

  • Proven experience in project management, Commercial, and supplier coordination.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with maintenance management or ERP systems.

  • Ability to travel occasionally to retail locations.
