Rea Naoum Optics Is currently looking for a Licensed Optician/Customer Service executive.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear based on their prescription and style preferences

  • Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyeglasses

  • Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frame materials to help them make informed decisions

  • Process orders for eyeglasses, including verifying prescriptions

  • Provide order support

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire eyewear selection process

Qualifications

  • Exceptional spoken and written communication via email or other channels.

  • Solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and optical principles

  • Experience in retail sales, particularly in the optical industry

  • Ability to work with patients and provide personalized assistance
